Our YF Program:

Youth Fellowship provides an opportunity for youth to build relationships with other young people for the purpose of spiritual growth.  YF consists of youth who are of junior and senior high age.  YF meets on Sunday evenings from 5:45-6:45 PM before our evening worship service.**  In addition to our weekly meetings, we offer monthly opportunities for social and service projects. (Please see our calendar of events to find out about our Sunday night topics and upcoming YF events.)  We also meet together for prayer in Room 28 during our Wed Night Prayer Service.  On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, we meet in our respective Youth Discipleship Groups.  On the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of the month, we meet together (all grades) in room 28 for prayer.

**Note: YF does not meet on Sunday evenings on the 2nd Sunday of the month due to Fellowship Sunday.

Teen Week:

Teen Week is a week-long youth event, held at the church, usually during the middle of June.  The events run from Monday-Friday, concluding with an all-nighter which lasts until Saturday morning.  Each day includes a fun event, food, worship music, and a speaker who will encourage you in your Christian faith.


Sno-Glo:

Every January, our youth group attends a weekend-long event at Pinebrook Bible Conference in Stroudsburg, called Sno-Glo.  This weekend features a speaker who challenges the teens in their Christian walk, a worship leader or band, as well as several fun events & competitions, such as paintball, volleyball, dodgeball, etc. 


R.W.R.s:

The term RWR stands for a Retreat Within a Retreat.  It is a service project in which we travel to Pinebrook Bible Conference and serve as staff for the camp while they host another retreat group.  During one of these trips, which lasts from Friday to Sunday, we typically wait tables, clean dishes, serve in the snack shop, and occasionally do other work projects around the campus.  Food and housing is provided for the teens at no cost, and our Youth Fellowship earns money for this service project.  It is a weekend of hard work, but also lots of fun!  We typically do two RWR's during the year: one in the Fall and one in the Spring.  Teens must be at least 14 years old to participate.

ENCORE (Youth Choir):

ENCORE is the name of our church youth choir, which is open to those who are of junior or senior high age.  ENCORE is directed by Michael Herb and practices are held from September-May on Wednesday nights during the first half of the service (approx. 7:30-8:00 pm).  The choir sings every third Sunday of the month during our evening service (except during the summer).
