Our YF Program:
Youth Fellowship provides an opportunity for youth to build
relationships with other young people for the purpose of spiritual
growth. YF consists of youth who are of junior and senior
high
age. YF meets on Sunday evenings from 5:45-6:45 PM before our
evening worship service. In addition to our weekly meetings,
we
usually offer monthly opportunities for social and service projects.

Note: YF does not meet on Sunday evenings on the 2nd Sunday of the
month due to Fellowship Sunday.

Sunday, Sept. 7 - "YF: Game Night" (Carl)
5:45pm-6:45pm @ church. Relax and enjoy some fellowship at YF with
some laid-back games, planned by our very own Carl “The Game” Bomgardner.
Saturday, Sept. 13 –
“Victory Valley Camp Workday” (Carl, Mary)
7:30am-3:30pm. We will be traveling to our
church summer camp, Victory Valley Camp, in Zionsville, to help with projects
the camp needs done to prepare for the winter retreat season. Please bring a bagged lunch. We will provide
drinks. Always a fun time!!
Friday, Sept. 19 –
“Trip to Green Dragon” (Barry, Vickie, Heather)
5:30pm-9:00pm. We will be going to the
Green Dragon for a game of "Where's Waldo" While we are there we will
be finding friends and family from church who will be shopping in disguise.
Sunday, Sept. 21 –
“YF: Summer Missionaries Report” (Barry)
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. Tonight we will be hearing from those of us
who worked in some kind of ministry last summer.
Sunday, Sept. 28 –
“YF: Adult Speaker – Bruce Althouse, Sr."
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. Come out as Bruce Althouse, Sr. shares truths
from the Bible that will help you in your walk with the Lord.
Sunday, Oct. 5 – “YF:
Adult Speaker – Pastor Dave”
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. Come hear P. Diddy bring the Word of God and
be prepared to be challenged in your Christian faith.
Saturday, Oct. 11
– “Trip to Reading Rocks” (Kelly, Francis)9:00am-2:30pm.
After much demand, the YF is returning to Reading Rocks to enjoy a day
of rock climbing and indoor ropes course!!
You will need to bring a bagged lunch. We will provide drinks. Cost is
$15. A signed “Reading Rocks” specific
permission slip will be needed prior to our trip. Please consider joining us
for this fun social activity!
Sunday, Oct. 19 –
“YF: Teen Speaker” (Charlie)
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. Come out as one of our own YF members (we
won’t tell you who!) brings the devotional for this evening.
Fri-Sun, Oct. 24-26 –
“RWR: A Retreat Within a Retreat” (Ruth)
(Time TBA) Join us as we travel to Pinebrook
Bible Conference in Stroudsburg, PA to serve as their volunteer staff for one of
their weekend retreats. It is a lot of
hard work, but also a lot of free time & a lot of fun! This is one of our best social/service
events of the year!

“Nice to Know You Better” (Barry)

church. This evening we will be hearing
personal testimonies and life stories from members of our church we may not
normally hear from or have an opportunity to talk to.
Saturday, Nov. 8 –
“Operation Christmas Child” (Charlie, Tara, Kayla)
(Time TBA) We
will be shopping and/or packing the shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child as
part of our church’s overall participation in this ministry. The gift boxes will be sent to less
fortunate children oversees.
Sunday, Nov. 16 –
“YF: Adult Speaker – Sarah Brandt”
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. You don’t want to miss this night of YF as
Sarah brings us an important message about purity.
Sunday, Nov. 23 –
“Adult speaker – Dave Ritchie”
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. David Ritchie will be our guest speaker for
this evening as he speaks to your own situation using the Word of God.
Friday, Nov. 28 – “YF
Arcade Night II” (Pastor Dave, Sarah, Ben)
4:00pm-10:00pm @ church. Back by popular demand! Come and experience our second annual video
game extravaganza. Many video games (&
a BIG screen!) will be available for playing.
We will have pizza, snacks and drinks, too! Cost: $5.00 (to cover pizza & food).
Sunday, Nov 30 - "Game Night" (YF Officers)
5:45pm- 6:45pm @ church. Relax and enjoy some fellowship at YF with
some laid-back games, planned by our very own officers.
Teen Week:
Teen
Week is a week-long youth event, held at the church, usually during the
middle of June. The events run from Monday-Friday,
concluding
with an all-nighter which lasts until Saturday morning. Each
day
includes a fun event, food, worship music, and a speaker who will
encourage you in your Christian faith. For a recap of Teen Week

ENCORE
(Youth Choir):
ENCORE is the name of our church youth choir, which is open to those
who are of junior or senior high age. ENCORE is directed by
Michael Herb and practices are held from September-May on Wednesday
nights during the first half of the service (approx. 7:30-8:00 pm).
The choir sings every third
Sunday
of the month during our evening service (except during the summer).
